User Agreement – DST Connect
1. General
This user agreement (“Agreement”) applies to the use of the digital-signage platform “DST Connect” (“Platform”), located at Ellen Pankhurststraat 15, 5032 MD Tilburg, The Netherlands, and registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 90715713.
By accepting this Agreement, you agree to the terms set out below.
2. Access and Use
Access is granted only to users with a valid account.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and secure.
Account sharing or transfer to third parties is not permitted.
3. Use of Content
The Platform provides templates, integrations, and other digital content supplied by DST Connect.
Users may upload or link their own content (images, videos, documents, data feeds, etc.).
You remain fully responsible for any content you upload or use on the Platform or connected digital-signage systems.
Do not upload or use content that infringes third-party rights such as copyright, trademark, or portrait rights.
If the content is protected by intellectual-property rights, you must obtain and maintain the necessary licences or permissions yourself.
DST Connect is not liable for third-party claims arising from unlawful or copyrighted content supplied by users.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All IP rights in the Platform, templates, and functionality remain with DST Connect or its licensors.
You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform’s content solely for digital-signage purposes.
5. Availability and Support
DST Connect aims for high availability but cannot guarantee 100 % uptime.
Support is provided under the SLA or support terms agreed with your organisation.
6. Personal Data Processing
Personal data processed through the Platform is handled in line with applicable data-protection laws (GDPR).

7. Liability
DST Connect is not liable for damages arising from use of the Platform unless caused by intent or gross negligence.
You indemnify DST Connect against third-party claims relating to the content you upload or use.
8. Termination of Use
DST Connect may suspend or terminate access in case of misuse or violation of this Agreement.
On termination, all rights to use the Platform and its content cease.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
This Agreement is governed by Dutch law.
Disputes will be submitted to the competent court of Amsterdam, unless mandatory law prescribes otherwise.
10. Licence & Acceptable Use
Scope of Licence
Your right to use the Platform is limited to the number of displays, templates, modules and/or user accounts specified in the quotation or licence agreement.Prohibited Actions
Without prior written consent from DST Connect you may not:use the Platform or templates beyond the agreed licence scope;
copy, sub-licence, sell or otherwise make templates or integrations available to third parties;
circumvent technical protections, reverse-engineer the Platform, or scrape data in an automated manner;
place an unreasonable load on the Platform that negatively affects other users.
Monitoring & Enforcement
DST Connect may analyse logs and usage data to verify compliance. In case of breach DST Connect may suspend the account, invoice additional licence fees, or terminate this Agreement.
11. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement if such failure or delay is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, strikes, civil unrest, pandemics, natural disasters, or governmental actions.
12. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable by a competent authority, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
13. Changes
DST Connect may update this Agreement from time to time. You will be notified via the Platform of any changes. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
