How do I connect a new screen to my DST Connect account?
The knowledge base includes a step-by-step guide on how to install and activate your screen using our Android or Linux media player. You can also ask the chatbot on any page of the CMS for quick help during setup.
Can I use my own branding in the templates?
Yes! DST Connect integrates with the DS Templates platform, allowing you to use fully branded templates that match your visual identity. Contact our team voor a quote to get your own branded templates.
How do I add users and manage permissions?
User and permission management can be done via the ‘your account’ section in your dashboard. Check one of our video’s about the use of subusers or check our knowledge base.
What should I do if my screen isn’t displaying any content?
